The hall has been redesigned with an illuminated, glare-free ceiling (made with high-end, 3-layered Opalika glass) and wall washers to enhance the green walls of the hall. The ceiling grid respects the former architectural design and is related to the windows. A new reception desk with indirect lighting is the focus in this representative and welcoming area.
In the new lobby, the circular, flush lighting fixtures create a lighting atmosphere absolutely perfect for this area. An illuminated cove is a further highlight.
The Munich offices of Linklaters comprise seven new conference rooms. Different solutions have been conceived by the German lighting designer: in one of these new rooms a backlit ceiling panel corresponds with a formally reduced, suspended fixture above the table. In another room Gerd opted for three suspended, adjustable fixtures "float" above the table. One wall is evenly lit by flush ceiling mounted wall washers. In a third case he chose a suspended, direct/indirect lighting element and it's ceiling integrated pendants with flush ceiling installation.
The new casino for the partners, employees and guests is a composition of suspended, dimmable, light bulbs, equipped with a translucent ring to prevent glare, "dancing" in various heights, and a long, indirect wall lighting profile. The lighting scheme allows the users to change the furniture layout. It was designed to have lunch, dine, relax, and, last but not least, to party.
